If only... these ladies are not meat birds at all. Good layers and very chatty. We get between 3-5 eggs everyday or so

Chickens aside, your grass is insanely green.

Long story but worth it, I promise. I was working at a gas station/shop, and the owner left me in charge of his animals one weekend. Chickens, pigs, a dog, some rabbits. The first morning, there had been a thunderstorm and the chicken coop door was open. Free range chickens! It was like that scene from Rocky only more hilarious as I spent the next hour catching a bunch of chickens and a turkey. The next day he called to check in and I explained what had happened. He asked how many chickens I had gathered, and I reported a half dozen hens and one turkey. A long pause... and then he tells me he didn’t have a turkey.

Hahaa props for an awesome story. My Wife just laughed her ass off at that and said “I’m surprised he caught a wild turkey!” And as am I. Good stuff!
